Official Rules and Guidelines for Brand Ambassadors 2021
This “Campaign” is called Brand Ambassadors 2021 and is solely run by the company Shiny Leaf, LLC. The Campaign aims to look for new “Brand Ambassadors” who will be chosen based on a combination of skill, eligibility, effort, and merit as outlined below under “Brand Ambassadors Selection”.

We advertise our Campaign through various means. You can find our about it on www.shinyleaf.com, our newsletter, or through Shiny Leaf’s social media channels, which include YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
Terms for Campaign. The Campaign aims to find five (5) deserving and talented “Brand Ambassadors” who will represent the brand and execute the Winter 2021 Campaign, which will run from December 21, 2020 to March 20, 2021 or within this specified period.
Qualified individuals can enter the Campaign and will be judged on a set of criteria. Brand Ambassadors shall be awarded the prize as detailed in below section “Prize”. Brand Ambassadors shall execute the tasks as Shiny Leaf’s Brand Ambassadors, which may include but not limited to promoting the brand and creating sponsored content to be posted on his/her social media channels.
Eligibility. This Campaign is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of the date of entry (“Entrants”). Campaign supervisors and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate or win. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor. Unless otherwise additional sponsors arise, the major Sponsor of the Campaign is Shiny Leaf, LLC 7260 W. Azure Dr. #140 Ste. 1123, Las Vegas, NV 89130 (“Sponsor” or “Shiny Leaf”).
Campaign Period. Entries will be accepted online starting on October 1, 2020, 8:00 AM, EST and ending October 30, 2020, 11:59 PM, EST. All online entries must be received by October 30, 2020, 11:59 PM, EST.
Unless otherwise noted in the Campaign, you may only enter one time. Multiple entries for the Campaign will not increase your chances of winning (you will still only receive one entry). If you enter more than once in the Campaign, only your last eligible entry will be counted.
In case of multiple Campaigns, Promotions, or Giveaways run simultaneously by Shiny Leaf, you may enter as many current Campaigns, Promotions, or Giveaways as you are otherwise qualified to enter. In any given year, if your winnings’ value exceeds US$600, your winnings may be considered by the IRS a taxable event, and Shiny Leaf may be required to issue Entrant a tax form 1099.
How to Enter. Follow the instructions contained in the social media post about the Campaign to enter. All social media channels Shiny Leaf uses to launch the Campaign are free to join and Shiny Leaf makes commercially reasonable efforts to make sure the Campaign follows the guidelines set forth by the social media channel for promotions of that nature.

Since this is a Campaign, you will be provided the judging criteria on which your entry will be judged.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Campaign. Participation is free and open for anyone meeting the criteria stated within these rules.
Odds. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
Brand Ambassadors Selection. At the close of the Campaign, all eligible Campaign entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges using the judging criteria, and the top five (5) Entrants with the highest score will be deemed the “Brand Ambassadors” (also “Selected Entrants”). In the event of a tie, those entries will be rescored.
On or within seven (7) calendar days of the Campaign close, and unless otherwise stated in the specific Campaign social media post, new Brand Ambassadors will be announced on www.shinyleaf.com, our newsletter, and all social media channels on which it was promoted.
Judging criteria will be based on: (i) 30% Authority, which pertains to the Entrant’s credentials and knowledge about beauty and lifestyle topics, (ii) 30% Popularity, which considers the number of combined followers from all social channels of the Entrant, (iii) 20% Content Quality, with consideration to the language used, editing, video quality, eloquence, and creativity, (iv) 20% Overall Potential, which looks into the Entrant’s charisma, uniqueness, talent, and audience engagement, for a total of 100%.
Notification and Announcement. Unless otherwise noted, Selected Entrants will be announced publicly using the social media channel on which the Campaign was launched, and contacted by way of direct message to be given instructions on how to claim their prizes. Only one attempt to contact the Selected Entrants will be made. Selected Entrants will be required to respond (as directed in the direct message) within seven (7) calendar days of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case Sponsor may, but is not obligated to select an alternate Selected Entrant.
Prize and Benefits. The prize, the number of prizes, and the individual and total retail values of those prizes are listed as follows: (i) “Winter 2021” PR Package which includes Shiny Leaf Premium Products and merchandise valued at $150, (ii) 12% discount in every purchase of Shiny Leaf product, (iii) Personalized coupon code of 10% discount on all products exclusive for Brand Ambassadors, (iv) Receive a gift with every 5 customer who will use your discount code, (v) be featured in our social media and website, (vi) cash prize of $100.
Duties and Responsibilities of Shiny Leaf Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador for Shiny Leaf, you shall help raise awareness about the brand, it’s products, and promotions for the Winter 2021 Campaign. You shall proactively promote Shiny Leaf using the products, branded items, discount codes and other related information thereto in form of videos and photos to be posted on your social media accounts. The social media posts shall include the following: (i) at least one (1) video content featuring Shiny Leaf products, (ii) at least two (2) photos promoting Shiny Leaf products, (iii) at least two (2) Instagram Stories with swipe up link, and (iv) a funny or creative post featuring Shiny Leaf mascara brushes.
When posting on social media, Brand Ambassador must always: (i) tag or mention Shiny Leaf’s social media page in whichever channel you are posting, (ii) use the hashtags #shinyleafusa and #Winter2021, (iii) link to Shiny Leaf website, (iv) and personalized coupon code provided. The posting schedules shall take place throughout the duration of the Winter 2021 Campaign, which is from December 21, 2020 to March 20, 2021.
When creating content for Shiny Leaf, Brand Ambassador must ensure that the brand is presented in creative and respectful way. In no way shall Shiny Leaf be held responsible for any malicious and offensive posts done by the Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador shall also use or wear the branded items given to him/her as part of his/her prize.
Publicity. By participating in the Campaign, any Entrant irrevocably grants the Sponsor and their respective successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use such Entrant’s entry or submission, name, social media handle, likeness, biographical information in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the Campaign or other promotions, and hereby release the Sponsor from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law.
Prize Conditions. In cases where the retail value of a prize in the Campaign exceeds US$600.00, the Selected Entrants may also be required to complete additional paperwork, and may be required to provide Sponsor with her or his social security number and may be issued a tax form. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an Entrant, each entry will be declared made by the name and relevant information submitted at time of entry. Sponsor will not make multiple attempts to contact Selected Entrant.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of prize permitted, provided however that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
Prizes are shipped only to the Brand Ambassadors via ground shipping to the United States.
Conditions of Participating. By participating, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms, and the decisions of Sponsor, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Campaign itself or to the Terms. Any portion of the Campaign may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of any Campaign or Sponsor’s website, to be acting in violation of these terms, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entrants may not enter with multiple identities or use any automated system, bot or other device or artifice to enter or obtain more than the maximum number of qualified entries. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate any Campaign and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Brand Ambassador(s) either by applying the judging criteria, or, if a sweepstakes, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken.
Shiny Leaf reserves the right to change the rules of the Campaign, the prizes or stop the Campaign at any given time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same Campaign during the Campaign period. Selected Entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys' fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) use, redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, or misuse of any prize, (ii) participation in any activity, event, or excursion offered in connection with the prize, (iii) use of any facility, service and/or accommodation related to the prize, or (iv) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in any Shiny Leaf Giveaways. The Releasees shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Campaign; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with this Campaign. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Releasees are not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service, and for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged or stolen notifications. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Campaign as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required.
Disputes and Jurisdiction. Disputes regarding these terms will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Nevada. Decisions of Sponsor are binding and final. No claimant in any dispute involving Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
