Shiny Leaf offers FREE Shipping on all orders delivered to any US address. No minimum order required.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes two (2) business days and orders will arrive within 4-5 business days from date when order was processed. Estimated total delivery time from date of order is 7 days. Shiny Leaf uses USPS Priority to deliver your orders. Free delivery on standard orders.
Shiny Leaf offers Express Shipping if you want your orders delivered within 2 days. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 11:00AM PT to allow for expedited processing. Customer must tick the Express Shipping option before clicking on the Place Order button. An Express Shipping Fee will be charged to the customer’s account at the checkout.
Hawaii and Alaska
Shiny Leaf offers free delivery to Hawaii (except for islands belonging to the US Minor Outlying Islands) and Alaska.
If you would like your orders delivered to a P.O. Box in the US, we offer FREE shipping via USPS Priority.
For delivery to Canada and other international destinations (including Puerto Rico), a shipping fee will be charged to the customer’s account at the checkout. Shiny Leaf offers international shipping through USPS Priority. Orders shipped outside the US are not eligible for FREE shipping benefits offered on US orders including Express Shipping.
Placing International Orders
Shop the Shiny Leaf U.S. site (www.shinyleaf.com). Type in your shipping address including the country that you wish to have your items delivered. Your order total will then appear including the international shipping fee. The currency used in all order totals is US Dollar. Exchange rate will depend on the rate offered by your credit card provider or Paypal at the time of purchase. Order notes and other delivery requests will depend on USPS Priority’s delivery capacity and policies.
International Shipping Information
Shiny Leaf offers international shipping. International Shipping may take up to 30 days or more depending on the country’s customs, delivery conditions, and other circumstances that affect delivery. For more information on International Shipping, email us at email@example.com. International shipping fee will be charged to the customer’s account before checkout.
International bulk orders are subject to additional shipping fees depending on weight. Shiny Leaf Customer Support Team will communicate with the customer to arrange for additional shipping fee payment.
Regarding customs fees:
Orders shipped to destinations outside the US may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our international shipping fee. Customer is responsible for paying these fees.
International Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the Shiny Leaf product you purchased, please review our return policies.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Include a US Zip Code to ensure that your order will arrive on time. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Shiny Leaf only offers shipping to one address per order at this time.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday to Sunday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following US holidays:

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veteran’s Day
Shiny Leaf currently accepts Credit Card, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Crytocurrency payments. Credit cards accepted at our online store include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover.
We are unable to accept debit cards at this time. Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time.
Your billing information must be exactly the same as it appears on your credit card statement. If any information is different, the order may not be processed and your order may be delayed or not delivered. Be sure to spell the city/province/territory names correctly. Avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your credit card statement. Call your credit card provider to find out the exact billing address used in your credit card statement if needed.
You can view your order status when you log in to your Shiny Leaf account. Here you can see your order’s shipment details and your tracking number as well.
If your order does not appear on your order page, we suggest you refresh the page. If after refreshing the page your order is still not on your pending orders list, try returning to your shopping BAG and complete the Checkout process again. Do this only when you are absolutely sure that your ordered items are really not on the pending orders to avoid duplicate orders.
