To return any Shiny Leaf product please contact our Customer Support Team at support@shinyleaf.com. Together, we can determine why a particular product is not working for you. Our Customer Support Team will help you find the right product by helping you identify the issue and suggesting other products you may want to try.

For International order returns, our Customer Support Team will provide additional information and instructions on how to return the product. Sadly, we cannot refund shipping fees.
