How to Initiate a Return

To return a product, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@shinyleaf.com or using the contact us form within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your return request, we will issue a refund for the exact amount paid for the product.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and it can take several business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

International Returns

For international orders, our Customer Support Team will provide additional instructions specific to your location. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Bonus Gifts and Free Items

If your order included a free product, sample, or promotional gift (e.g., “Buy One, Get One” offers), these items must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. If they are not returned, the retail value of the free item(s) may be deducted from your refund.
