Official Rules

Please read these rules that govern the Shiny Leaf Bitcoin Cash Rebate Promo (the “Sweepstakes”).  You agree that, by participating, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all promotion eligibility requirements.

General Provisions: Participating in any Shiny Leaf promos, contests and sweepstakes (collectively known as ‘Sweepstakes’) constitutes entrant’s agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of Shiny Leaf LLC, which are final and binding. Winning a prize, getting a free product, or getting a discount is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Shiny Leaf reserves the right to amend and/or discontinue any of the Sweepstakes without prior notice.

Note that we may be running similar promotions at the same time.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other promotion unless you enter each promotion separately.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the mainland United States. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes will begin on 15-May-2018 at 12:00 AM PST (“PST”) and will end on 31-December-2018 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Discounts will only be valid during this time. Promo Code usage prior to or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted or eligible. Discount and coupon code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shiny Leaf LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Termination: If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

OTHER PROVISIONS

The "Shiny Leaf Bitcoin Cash Rebate Promo" offer (the "Offer") entitles customers to the following with respect to certain products specified herein: (a) 20% Rebate on total purchase of any Shiny Leaf product when customers buy using Bitcoin Cash.

Offer valid from May 15 – December 31, 2018 only.

• Customers will need to buy the Shiny Leaf products from www.shinyleaf.com. If bought from other sellers or distributors such as Amazon, EBay and other sellers, the rebate does not apply.
• After paying with Bitcoin Cash, Shiny Leaf will contact customer via email to ask for the customer’s Bitcoin Cash wallet address.
• Customer must reply via the same email the exact wallet address they want the rebate to be sent to. Failure to provide wallet address could mean delay in the customer’s rebate.
• The 20% BCH rebate of the purchase made will be credited to the customer’s wallet. The rebate value the customer will receive is based on the exact BCH value shown in the corresponding transaction ID on the blockchain. If the transaction value is 0.01 BCH, the customer will get 0.002 BCH back to his or her wallet.
• All BCH transactions during the promo period get a 20% cashback rebate.
• Customers are free to pay using other cryptocurrencies offered by Coinbase but only payments made using BCH gets the 20% rebate.
• Shiny Leaf is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.
• Offer not valid in combination with other discounts, coupons, or offers.
• Not applicable to prior purchases.
• Offer good while supplies last.
